registration fee for the conference is 220 EUR (or equivalent in US
dollars or leva) without postal expenses and covers the conference
materials, welcome party, coffee breaks, office rent and equipment,
social activities, and proceedings. It should be paid via bank transfer
or credit card after acceptance and approval but no later than May 20,
2018. Afterwards the fee will be 250 EUR (or equivalent in US
dollars or leva) and can be paid in the same ways or in cash upon
registration. The optional fee for the banquet is 25 EUR extra per
person and can be transferred together with the basic fee or to paid in
cash on place. In emergency case we can reimburse the fees as follows: till April 30, 2019 full reimburesment; till May 20, 2019 50% of the fee. Afterwards no reimburesements will be possible. The reimbursements
(if any) will be ordered by reverse card transaction within 30 days after the payment.
